This includes documenting and sharing data and lessons learned on scaling & delivery activities. L’objectif est d’aider les populations dans l’urgence, tout en leur permettant de regagner rapidement autonomie et dignité.Première Urgence Internationale (PUI) recrute : Médecin du centre de stabilisationObjectifs générauxSous la supervision directe du PM Santé et Nutrition, les médecins du Centre de stabilisation (CS) seront responsables de la gestion globale et quotidienne de la malnutrition aiguë sévère (MAS) au Centre de stabilisation (CS) des PUI. Il/Elle sera responsable du soutien global et de la supervision directe du personnel SC, y compris les infirmières SC et les aides-soignantes SC. Il/Elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le/la responsable du programme Santé et Nutrition pour la planification, l’organisation, la mise en œuvre et le suivi des activités nutritionnelles convenues, conformément aux accords avec les donateurs, et assurera une qualité maximale pour le traitement des complications de la malnutrition aiguë sévère, conformément aux normes et protocoles nationaux et internationaux et aux normes de qualité de l’organisation.Responsabilités liées aux fonctions médicales :Effectuer les visites quotidiennes dans les services, matin et soir, avec les infirmières de soins primaires et s’assurer que les patients reçoivent les visites nécessaires.Remplir les fiches patient après chaque visite ou tout autre examen ou intervention.Superviser la prise en charge clinique quotidienne des patients atteints de SC et suivre les protocoles SC pour les soins médicaux des patients atteints de SAM présentant des complications médicalesSurveiller et s’assurer que les patients bénéficient de bilans de santé complets, d’un contrôle régulier des signes vitaux et d’une administration fréquente des médicaments et de l’alimentation conformément aux protocoles.Mettre en œuvre les procédures d’urgence requises (y compris la réanimation), en prenant les devants si nécessaire.Assurer une liaison régulière avec les infirmières en soins intensifs (au moins toutes les 3 à 4 heures) pour suivre l’évolution des patients, ou plus fréquemment si nécessaire, et répondre aux appels du service concernant les soins aux patients.S’assurer que les procédures régulières telles que les prélèvements sanguins, l’administration de médicaments par voie intraveineuse et autres procédures nécessaires soient effectuées en temps voulu, et que la personne concernée les emporte si nécessaire.Assurer la préparation, la fourniture et le suivi en temps opportun de l’alimentation des patients admis en soins intensifs.Faciliter et prendre correctement les décisions relatives à l’admission et aux orientations vers/depuis les SCVeiller à ce que les bénéficiaires du programme SC, leurs aidants et les membres de la communauté soient traités avec respect en tout temps.Gestion d’équipe :S’assurer que tous les membres de l’équipe SC connaissent et respectent l’ensemble des règles et réglementations internes de PUI.Planifier et tenir à jour le plan de travail, les horaires et les rotations de l’équipe SCFournir un renforcement des capacités et une formation à l’équipe de nutrition en collaboration avec le chef de projet nutrition.Assurer un mentorat régulier et une formation en cours d'emploi au personnel du service SC, notamment aux infirmières SC, aux aides-soignantes SC et au personnel du service de pédiatrie impliqué dans le traitement des patients atteints de malnutrition aiguë sévère avec complications.Planifier, organiser et suivre le tableau de mise en œuvre hebdomadaire et mensuel, après approbation par le chef de projet en nutrition.Planifier et maintenir les horaires de travail/rotations de l’équipe SC.Suivi et rapports :Assurer la bonne organisation et le bon fonctionnement du Centre de stabilisation conformément aux objectifs définis dans les propositions de projetS’assurer que l’équipe du Comité de pilotage respecte les protocoles de mise en œuvre et les applique conformément aux recommandations et directives internationales et nationales, grâce à un suivi et une assistance technique.Surveiller les activités quotidiennes du centre de stabilisationAssurer la collecte, la compilation et l’analyse de données de qualité et produire les rapports requis pour les activités de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, y compris les rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels.Signalez l’avancement des travaux et tout problème rencontré en temps opportun.Soutien logistique et administratif :En coordination avec le chef de projet nutrition, le département logistique et le pharmacien de base, assurer un plan d’approvisionnement approprié sur une base hebdomadaire pour les centres de stabilisation.Assurer le stockage adéquat des fournitures médicales, des médicaments et des produits nutritionnels de Caroline du SudSuperviser l’utilisation des médicaments, des fournitures médicales, des produits nutritionnels et des outils de données dans le cadre de la SCFournir mensuellement au responsable de la nutrition les informations nécessaires à l’élaboration des prévisions de trésorerie spécifiques aux activités de la chaîne d’approvisionnement.Appuyer le PM Nutrition dans toute la planification et les préparatifs nécessaires à la mise en place du SC dans les PHC, tels que l’aménagement des installations, le recrutement et le processus de sélection du personnel.Coordination et représentation internes et externes :Établir des liens et se coordonner avec les unités concernées au sein des établissements de soins de santé primaires ou autres établissements de soins tertiaires pour les problèmes nécessitant un soutien supplémentaire pour les patients.Au besoin, il/elle représente PUI lors des réunions de coordination et des groupes de travail techniques sur les questions pertinentes et contribue au maintien de bonnes relations avec les partenaires du projet.Établir des relations de collaboration avec le ministère de la Santé, l’OMS et les autres parties prenantes afin d’assurer la réussite du projet SCCollaborer étroitement avec les équipes de nutrition du programme de traitement ambulatoire et des activités liées à l’alimentation du nourrisson et du jeune enfant, ainsi qu’avec les autres membres du personnel des centres de soins de santé primaires.Exigences obligatoiresDiplôme : Docteur en médecine national qualifié et inscrit auprès d’une université reconnue, titulaire d’une licence d’exercice valide délivrée par le Conseil médical et dentaire du Nigéria (MDCN).Compétences linguistiques : Maîtrise de l’anglais et des dialectes locaux : le haoussa est obligatoire et le kanouri est un atout.Compétences informatiques : Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (notamment Word, Excel, Outlook et PowerPoint).Expérience professionnelle : Au moins 2 ans d’expérience professionnelle progressive dans un rôle similaire à celui de médecin SC. Compréhension démontrée des systèmes et de la structure des MOH.
